Processing Time

The processing time for available mold designs is 2-3 weeks excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping

All orders above $35 are shipped for free in the US using the cheapest option available. If a faster shipping method is preferred, please select your desired shipping method at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for international shipping and any applicable custom charges, duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees by the couriers.

Returns

Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if you have any problems with it!

Used molds are not eligible for returns.

We are not responsible for user errors. Please follow your resin's specifications and instructions to avoid damage for molds!

The only time that returns are accepted is when a mold is defective. In this case, a return label will be sent to your email.

All returns need to be received within 2 weeks since the return label is issued.

If there are additional damages to a mold other than what was discussed when it arrives, a 30% fee will be taken. 

A refund will be issued after the defective mold is received and inspected, and all applicable fees are paid.

Replacements

Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if you have any problems with it!

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed or before the order is shipped out, whichever occurs first.

Lost/Stolen “delivered” packages

Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address. Please check with your family members and your neighbors to see if they have your package!

Give it some time. Occasionally the post office scans packages ahead of time. So even if their website says your package is "delivered" , it doesn't show up until several days later.

If none of the above works, please contact your post office for help.

Unfortunately after a package leaves our hands, we have no control over its delivery. If a package is stolen, please file a police report with your local police department because we cannot offer a refund on stolen packages.

Rush Orders

If you need your order to be shipped out before the processing time, a 20% fee (of the total of your order) is required. Please reach out to us, and we will send you an invoice to your email! Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order will be back in line. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be placed behind the customer who paid for a rush order fee before you.

Please note, rush fee does not affect the amount of time it takes for a package to get to you after we hand it to the post office. This depends on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 9 am - 5pm from Monday to Friday. Emails are responded within 48 hours after they are received, not including weekends and holidays.
